The easy part was deciding this breeding.
Sire Pride is the most dense of the Hemingway sons, with a perfect alpaca phenotype and above the average in height. His ribbon winning Peruvian style high frequency crimp belies the thick cords of his fleece.
Further, Pride passes on that ideal phenotype and turns flawed alpacas into perfectly proportioned alpacas with perfect bite and perfect ears.
Unfortunately for H. Pride, he also made his replacement with Clone.
Clone has Pride's proportions, size, and perfect bite. He also has finer fleece by age and a lower CoV...likely this is courtesy of Studmaster Accoyo Pachacuti on the Dam's side.
